The original cord for the inside light and sign doesn’t work but you can add your own light cord to the inside opening bottom of the piece as shown in the last photo. The decorative green and red Xmas lights on the motel and flamingo sign are non functioning. I have added my own set of Lemax mini battery operated lights going across the motel and onto the sign and works just as well if not better. I have included these with the motel. There is a video. You can also use any mini light of your choice as well if you wish to change it up and add your own touch. There are no cracks, chips, or broken pieces. Other than the lights nothing else is wrong with it you just need the light cord with bulb.
