Born in 1910 Italy, he created the process of combing marble, alabaster and resin, poured into molds of his design, then the sculptures were polished by hand. Three cherubs are atop the world, and others wrestle an eagle, approx 7 1/“ tall x 8” wide beautiful for a mantle, bookends etc. The Santini name is carved in the item.
