I believe this tin toy figure was manufactured circa 1950.
It was made in Japan by Nomura. see photos
The item is in fair condition. The mechanism does work. But it is just so - so.
The clothing is a bit worn & faded. Also the figure is loose (no box).
And Louie does not have a trumpet.
