Condition: I am assuming this is a Precious Moments figurine that was broken off of its base. I’m not sure of the title of the piece. There is a chip missing from the right foot that you can see in the pictures, but otherwise it’s in excellent condition despite missing the base. I do not have any other pieces for this or packaging or anything of that nature. I looked it up, but I was unable to find any matches so it’s possibly rare!! It does stand on its own and is very cute despite what I’m assuming is the missing base.
