Minimum purchase of 5 boxes required to select free items from the stacks. Once your purchase is complete, feel free to take as many free items as you want from the designated stacks. Please bring your own bags for these bonus items.
Important Details for Pickup:
Location: Randolph, NJ pick up only.
Vehicle: A mid-sized vehicle or larger is required. These lots will not fit in a mini or tiny car. However, you can fit 2 boxes in the back hatch area, 2 on back seat and one box on passenger seat area in small cars if you don't mind driving like that.
Pickup Time: All pickups conclude by 3:00 PM on your appointment day.
Some boxes can be large and heavy (up to 70+ lbs). Please use proper precautions and bring a cart or assistance as needed for removal. You may need to partially unpack boxes to lift them from your vehicle.
Inspection: You are welcome to inspect the top 3 pieces of the boxes for your approval prior to purchase.
Order Fulfillment: Boxes are sold in numerical order. No rooting, digging, or sorting through boxes. Our repeat buyers appreciate our quality and neatly packaged lots.
Holds: Paid-in-full items are held for a maximum of 2 days.
Safety: For your safety, masks must be worn on pickup day if requested by the seller. One person on the porch at a time or within a 12-foot radius. Premises are live-monitored for perimeter and detailed close-up.

All sales are final. No exceptions. There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including buyer’s remorse.
Buyer Awareness: By completing this purchase, you acknowledge full awareness of the lot's contents, including the assortment of sizes, brands, and item types (clothing, accessories, miscellaneous). You understand that free bonus items are a lower grade of condition (good/fair) compared to the purchased high-grade items. All contents are documented on the inside flaps of the boxes.
Liability: The buyer agrees not to hold the seller liable for any claims or issues during their visit or with the contents, use, or resale of items. The buyer assumes all responsibility for liability. All items are gently used or better and are not stolen.
Risk Assumption: The buyer assumes all risk related to removing boxes, unpacking their car, and any potential accident, injury, or illness. ALL ITEMS ARE STATE LICENSED INSPECTED, DOCUMENTED, VERIFIED DURING PACKING AND ITEMIZATION ON INSIDE BOX FLAPS. PHOTOGRAPHED, AND VIDEOED DURING PACKING PROCESS. CLEAN ITEMS THAT ARE UNDAMAGED ONLY.
Reselling Potential: On average, buyers resell these items for 3-11 times (and footwear/jeans 5-19 times) the purchase amount, both in the USA and internationally. You have no restrictions on how you sell or give your items.
