Miscellaneous Items: Beyond apparel, approximately 25% of each lot consists of a diverse range of non-clothing items. This can include household goods, electronics, health and beauty products (including Avon), jewelry (sometimes with semi-precious stones), vintage items, kitchenware, books, and other assorted extras.

This is not a cell phone, and texting is not permitted. You're welcome to email your name and number for a call back - I do **NOT email** folks back.
Calling Hours: Please call DAYS ONLY, between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM at the latest.
Voicemail: If I don't answer, please leave a clear message with your name and a callback number. I will return your call. I answer the phone from my business name "The Plant Lady."
Appointments: Pickups are scheduled daily if I have availability between 9 AM and 3 PM.
Legal, Inspection, and Terms of Sale:
For fraud protection for me and you: ALL BULK LOTS are State Inspected and Verified in detail with documentation, photos, video: To protect both buyer and seller from fraud, the entire contents of every box have been rigorously inspected by a New Jersey State Licensed inspector and a 3rd party notary. Every item has been documented, ***itemized on the box flaps,*** and recorded with high-power photography and video.
Pickup Protocol: You are welcome to open box flaps to review the itemized list before purchase. However, there is no rooting through or sorting of boxes on-site. For safety, one person is permitted on the porch or near the porch at a time. All premises and neighbors are live-feed video monitoring.
Final Sale & Liability: All sales are final. There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including buyer’s remorse. The buyer agrees to purchase the lot "as-is" and assumes all responsibility and liability for the handling, transport, and resale of the items. Some boxes are heavy (up to 60 lbs), and it is the buyer's responsibility to bring help or equipment (like a cart) to safely move them. The buyer agrees that they will not hold the seller liable for any accident, injury, or illness related to the purchase or pickup or transport of the merchandise. By purchasing, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted all these terms.
