The lot may contain items such as jeans, pants, shorts, shoes, tops, leather items, baby items, men's and women's clothing, and various accessories, as well as non-clothing items like electronics, household goods, and health and beauty products. Approximately 25% of the items in the lot are non-clothing or non-accessory items.
Purchase Terms and Conditions
The buyer agrees to purchase the bulk lot in its entirety, with a minimum purchase price of $246. After payment in full, the buyer may select 40 items for an additional $55, with subsequent items priced at $1 each. The buyer acknowledges that they have inspected the lot and are aware of its contents. The buyer also acknowledges that free items are included in the lot and will be separated from purchased items.
Disclaimer and Release
By purchasing the bulk lot, the buyer releases the seller from any liability and acknowledges that they have taken possession of the items in their current condition. The buyer understands that the seller makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the condition, quality, or authenticity of the items, except as explicitly stated. The buyer also acknowledges that they have been given the opportunity to inspect the top 3 pieces of the boxes prior to purchase and have declined to do so, or have inspected and accepted the items as satisfactory.
