We are looking for someone who can take a project from concept to execution —
draw it properly, prepare it for production, and help make sure it gets built right.
This is not just drafting. This is ownership.
🔧 WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Create shop drawings for custom cabinetry and millwork (Cabinet Vision preferred)
• Prepare projects for shop and field execution
• Coordinate with shop team and installers
• Help manage projects from design → production → install
Projects include:
• Kitchens
• Home offices / libraries
• Interior trim & molding
• Bathroom millwork
🧠 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Real experience with millwork / cabinetry (not generic CAD)
• Understanding of how things are actually built in the shop
• Ability to think through details — not just draw lines
• Organized, clear communicator
• Takes ownership and follows things through
📌 REQUIREMENTS
• Previous experience in millwork / cabinetry projects
• References from previous jobs (required)
