Ascape Landscape and Construction Corporation is seeking an Irrigation Services Operations Manager to join our growing team!
Our Irrigation Services Operations Manager will play an essential role growing our irrigation division.

We offer a robust compensation and benefits package for this brand-new role, with a yearly starting salary of $80,000 per year commensurate with experience with opportunity for growth and incentives/commission. We also offer health benefits after 90 days, and a 401k with a 4% employer match, paid time off, and vacation time. Our Irrigation Services Operations Manager will have a Monday-Friday schedule from approximately 7am to 4pm or end of day, with some flexibility. Our Irrigation Services Operations Manager will also have access to a company vehicle to perform assigned work duties.
Our ideal Irrigation Services Operations Manager has:
• 5 or more years of irrigation installation, maintenance, and service experience including experience with 2-wire systems and other irrigation specific technology;
• A professional demeanor and the ability to represent our brand well at client locations;
• Sales and/or marketing experience is a plus; a sales mindset and willingness to take on some creative marketing duties to grow our department is a must;
• Technological proficiency – is comfortable learning new systems; experience with Microsoft Office Suite is required; experience with inventory management systems is a plus;
• A valid drivers license and clean driving record;
• Experience with job costing and budgeting is also a plus;
• Industry specific licensing is a plus, but not required;

Irrigation Services Operations Manager Job Duties:
• Providing operational field support to our service crews by assisting with repairs, start-ups, shutdowns, and troubleshooting;
• Overseeing our irrigation service crews;
• Inventory management, administration and scheduling for our entire irrigation service division including budgeting and job costing;
• New business development and business growth through sales and marketing efforts;
• Account management and account service – ensuring our customers are receiving the best possible service from our irrigation service teams;
• Evaluate and implement processes for future departmental growth;
• Other duties as assigned.
