Comfort
Part of the Renovation Project involved adding lots of insulation, from the deck to the waterline. The boat is now very well insulated and can keep the crew safe and warm in all sea states and temperatures.
Heating: The boat features a 12-volt central heating system throughout, as well as B-Reverse circle air conditioning.
New Freshwater tank: 300-gallon capacity
Replaced both tanks with stainless steel tanks
Replaced the gray water tank
New Black Water Holding Tanks: Added 2 Holding Tanks:
30 gallons for aft head
10 gallons for forward head
5 bilge pumps installed

Replaced as necessary
Removed Teak from deck, added 2 layers of fiberglass & sealed deck with epoxy resin. Added tread master for non-skid.
Replaced veneer throughout the cabin. Replaced doors with solid teak doors
Replaced interior decking, including decking under tanks
The interior was varnished and painted
Replaced the original fabric headliner with a solid, specially-made headliner that now looks like planking.
Replaced galley sinks with new 10-inch deep sinks.
Added Microwave
New Refrigerator with a dedicated lithium battery and solar panel for recharging.
Replaced all Hose Clamps
Six coats of epoxy barrier coat plus six coats of paint, plus many other upgrades: including hard top dodger & bimini
