Great bike for all-around riding. It is a hybrid/comfort bike, so it is the best of all worlds. Road bike sized 700c wheels -- for efficiently moving over longer distances -- without having to bend way over to reach road bike drop handlebars. Instead, you ride this bike in an upright posture. Very comfortable; just splendid to ride on a nice day. Size: Medium. Women-specific geometry. Aluminum frame; nice and light. Aluminum 700c wheels, with smooth-rolling tires – with some tread for gravel trails. 21 "speed" gearing range to make easy work of getting up hills, or countering headwinds -- and to fly downhill or downwind. Adjustable stem, to dial in an even better fit, and even more comfort. Barefoot pedals, which can be nice down the shore. Very comfy saddle. Front shock to smooth out the bumps. Good brakes and drive components, for good and reliable performance. This is a WAY better choice than a brand-new disposable bike from a big-box store like Walmart.
