This is a straight-up materials clean-out (no tools). If you wire houses, turn units, service small commercial, or just like having shelves full of “the part you need at 9pm,” this is your honey hole. It’s a mixed trove accumulated over 25+ years: new-old-stock, new take-offs, plus clean removals that still have plenty of life. I’m not itemizing—there’s too much—and I’m not playing the “one outlet cover at a time” game. Bring a truck, bring bins, and bring a plan. I’m ready to make a deal that makes you smile and gets my floor space back.
What it is (big picture): shelves and bins of residential + light commercial electrical materials. Think device boxes, rings, plates, fittings, connectors, straps, bushings, weatherproof bits, low-voltage odds and ends, spools and partials of wire and cable, breakers and panel parts, dimmers/switches/receptacles in quantities, lighting fixtures and trims, outdoor pieces, emergency/exit items, labels, tapes, heat-shrink, and more of the everyday stuff you burn through on real jobs. Brands are the usual suspects you’d expect from a working shop. Nothing boutique, nothing exotic—just practical inventory that keeps jobs moving.
Condition: overwhelmingly new or new take-off, with some used pieces that are clean and serviceable. Stored indoors, dry, and organized enough that you won’t be digging through rust and mystery goop. If something looks sketchy, it stays. You get what I’d still install on a paying job.
Why vague? Because there’s a lot. I’d rather give a solid walk-through and let you see the scope in person than spend a week making a spreadsheet. If you’re a serious buyer, you know what you’re looking at the second you step in. I’ll open bins, pull randoms, and you can sample a few boxes to gauge quality. I can also text a quick video sweep of the shelves so you know it’s real.
Who this is perfect for: contractors building up stock, property managers who hate waiting for the supply house, small crews spinning up, flippers and make-ready teams, makers who love project materials. If you know the value of keeping a shelf of the right fittings and devices, you’ll get it immediately.
How I’m selling: Bulk first. One buyer takes the lion’s share and gets the best number. I’ll consider category bundles (e.g., “lighting + devices” or “breakers + panels + boxes”), but I’m not piecing this out one switch at a time. Not quoting a number here—come see it, make a fair offer, and let’s shake hands. I’m realistic, flexible, and motivated. If you’re ready to load today, you’ll get my best deal. Everything must go.
Logistics: ground-level shop with easy access; dollies and carts on site. You load; I’ll help stage and open boxes. Bring straps for conduit and fixtures. I’m available most days with a little notice. If this ad is up, it’s still available.
Payment: cash preferred; Zelle/Venmo okay with ID. No holds without a deposit. Professional buyers welcome—bring a business card if you want a receipt with item categories.
Next steps: reply with your name, cell, and whether you’re a “take-most” or “take-all” buyer. If you want a video walk-through before you drive, say so and I’ll send a quick clip. Show up ready to deal, and you’ll leave with a truck full of useful material at a number you’ll be happy with.
No gimmicks, no fluff—just a seasoned shop turning inventory into space. Everything goes.
