Hello, I am a professional experienced performing artist (film/TV/stage/voiceovers) and writer with a unique investment opportunity to offer.
What I am proposing is an ISA, or income sharing agreement.
In other words, I’m selling shares in my future income.
Here’s how it works:
An Income Share Agreement is a financing option that allows a performing artist like me to fund their career, to take care of necessities, and to access tools in order to market myself and grow my income exponentially, by agreeing to have an investor provide funding up front in exchange for a percentage of my future income for a set period of time, rather than taking out a traditional loan.
With an ISA, a percentage of my earnings are paid to the ISA investor each month for a set number of years, as outlined and agreed to in the ISA contract.
The percentage of the monthly income I pay and the length of time of those payments varies based upon the agreement entered into.
What is the advantage of an Income Share Agreement for you, the investor?
The main advantage of an ISA for an investor is that, at minimum, your initial investment is guaranteed to be paid back in full plus extra within the time period outlined in the contract.
Should my income grow within the allotted time period, the monthly payments would be larger and the investment will bring a much greater return.
Either way, the investor’s risk is marginalized.
Ultimately, the overall cost of an ISA to the performer (me) can be higher than that of a traditional loan, because I am paying a percentage of my monthly income to the investor, which can rise as my work and earnings increase, rather than a set interest rate, but in the end it benefits both parties.
As far as my earnings potential:
I am currently in the middle of negotiating a movie deal for an original story (which I can fill you in on later) I have a book deal in the works (my last two books were best sellers) I have live performance gigs lined up already, and have many contacts in the casting community for commercials and film/TV with whom I’ve worked before, so the future looks bright.
In addition, earlier this year I won a court case where the judge is requiring them to pay restitution to me that’s close to six figures, a percentage of which would go to any potential investors in my ISA.
At the moment, the defendant is appealing the judge’s decision, so the payment is pending that outcome.
I’m offering a 1% share in my ISA for $1,000.
But for anyone who responds to this ad before September 17th, I’ll offer $6,000 for a 10% share of my monthly earnings over a three year period (2026, 2027, 2028.)
To give an example of how that would work:
The minimum monthly income (the floor) would be $4,000, so you’d be guaranteed at least $400 per month.
Anything I make pre tax above $4000 per month, 10% would go to you, the investor.
So if I made $7,000 that month, you’d get $700, but - at minimum- you’d get $400 in each month I earn at least $4,000.
At minimum, then, the return on your $6,000 investment would be $14,400 over three years.
I’d also offer the same discount rate if you wanted more shares, so a 15% stake in my future income would be $9,000 and a 20% stake would be just a $12,000 investment (which would return - at minimum - $28,800 over three years) as long as we can close in the next week.
