Bought brand new in May this year, used for just one month in July after baby was born. Used maybe less than 10 times total during that month. Thoroughly cleaned with vinegar steam and deep cleaned. The heating plate at the bottom usually gets yellow stains and limescale buildup with use, but this one is completely clean. Also removed water stains around the steam chamber as much as possible.
You'll feel like it's brand new when you get it. Put care into packaging so you'll be happy when you receive it. Unfortunately the original box is not included.
