Antique binoculars by Deraisme Paris. Marked USROP 8x24, Plastic is marbled on eye piece. Missing leather covering. Optics are excellent for something this old. Machined brass. No case.

These are the same brand of binoculars used by General Dwight D. Eisenhower in World War II. The United States won this war, probably because he was using Deraisme binoculars. He later became president; it was in all the papers.
