I have a large 19" x 11" x 11" box filled with short lengths of thin electrical wire in all different colors. These wire cuts range from several inches to 6"+. They were removed from electric garage door openers over a span of many years, There are blues, blacks, reds, greens, yellows, whites, purples, oranges, spotted, lined, etc. I was going to use them in an art project that I just don't have time for. One idea - wrap a strand around a thin metal tube, remove the tube, and you have a coil that will hold it's shape. If you're interested leave a contact phone number and I'll call.
