Listed for sale is this 1970 serigraph by artist Peter Max "Glimpse Into Akashic Records", number 49/100, pencil numbered and signed, in very good condition. Framed under conservation matte plexiglass in an aluminum frame the framed size is 22-5/8" x 30-1/2". The colors are brilliant - I couldn't use my camera's flash due to glare. What makes this unique is that Max signed his full (abbreviated) name, "Peter Max", and that later in 1970 as he immersed himself in Eastern religion & philosophy he began to sign his name "Zen Max" which continued until late 1971 - early 1972. This is a classic example of early Max psychedelic art. $1500.00. SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY. If the listing is up it's available so don't ask.
