A lot of colors. Bright. Primary colors: light green and beige and light blue and white.
5’X8’ / 60”X96”X1.5” (with frame 1.5” larger all around and 3.5” deep).
Construction paper. Rust (paint with metal shavings treated to accelerate rusting process). Acrylic paint (very little).
Price is nonnegotiable. Free delivery.
Lease:
The lease rate is $300 a month (for realtors, interior designers and property developers/model apartments - ONLY).
$1,000 for drop-off-pick-up - to be paid upon drop off, along with 1st month’s lease payment. (I will have to rent a U-haul. And the painting is being stored in Suffolk County Long Island). You may not transport yourself (I need to insure the painting is not damaged and I would still need to trouble myself by going to Long Island twice).
No minimum lease period (one month is ok).
No security (just please don’t damage).
Each additional painting leased would be $75 per month with no drop-off-pick-up fee. Any size except 5’X8’.
The full lease payment amount during the first 6 months of lease can be used toward purchase. After 6 months, only half of the lease payments (so half of payments for months 7 and beyond / The lease plan is not meant to be purchase payment plan).
If the buyer/renter of home the piece is being shown in purchases the piece, the amount paid for leasing (following the breakdown above) will be remitted to you.
