This painting is signed by Burnett -- but I'm guessing this is in the style of Caroline Burnett. Caroline C. Burnett (1877-1950) was a British-American artist known primarily for her Impressionist paintings of Paris street scenes -- and this painting is very similar to her style but the signatures do not match up.
