This is an amazing unit that will fit most commercial Hobart machines. This is considered a size #12 attachment. The tenderizer makes easy work of Cube Steak or Minute Steaks. The meat goes through the tenderizer and is mechanically tenderized, and ready to fry or bread and fry. This unit also does a great job on Pork and Chicken. I will save you so much time, and your end product is consistent every time. I have rebuilt this unit with new blades and combs. I will include the stock combs so you can see the improvement.
