Here is an amazing machine. This Hobart Buffalo Chopper will speed up your restaurant/home processes whether you're making huge batches of Coleslaw or making your own Sausages and pates. This is a serious machine in great condition. Recently cleaned and overhauled. Replaced the worm drive gear so this machine , it will out live you and me. the unit is a 110v setup so no special or dedicated circuit required. It comes with an extra set of blades and blade wrenches as well. This has a huge 18" bowl and weighs about 200+ lbs. Bring 2-3 people to move this machine. The size is deceiving. The price is firm. This is a spotless unit. I also have a meat tenderizer attachment for tenderizing steaks and chops or chicken. The tenderizer unit is $450.00 and has been rebuilt with new blades and guards.
