Price is fixed. Separately it will be $100 each. Together it's only $175.
The only reason price is low because the person who buys has to dissemble and take it themselves.
The pipes for water and vent, and other accessories are included.
You will have to dissemble and take it yourself.
The machines are in the basement and needs two individuals to take it up the basement.
