We are an artist community in Hopatcong, New Jersey, with a unique and whimsically decorated house available for rent, starting October 6. Ideal for two residents renting together who need their own separate spaces. Both sections of the house have their own kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and separate entrance. The musicians and artists who live in the other houses are cooperative and friendly.

The upstairs space has a light and bright room which is nice for drawing and painting. The downstairs space is suitable for composing music or writing. There are also two storage rooms, great for storing extra equipment or belongings. The property has a small outdoor covered porch, a fenced front lawn and a back patio and yard. Off-street parking. Currently furnished, but if you have your own furniture, ours can be removed. Musicians may use our rehearsal studios (located in the other community houses) by special arrangement.

We are asking for a six-month minimum lease and a security deposit. Pets are negotiable, depending on the type, size and breed. In a quiet neighborhood 7 minutes off Routes 80, 46 and 10 and 12 minutes from major shopping areas. An application, credit and background check is required.
