Layouts/Pricing:
The Formal Dining Room Layout is our most popular layout. It is approximately 850 square feet for 1 bedroom apartments and 980 for the 2 bedroom. It has a separate formal dining room, dishwasher, electric stove, large spacious closets. Heat and hot water is included with this layout.
Type 1 Layout has an open layout with a living room/dining room combination. It is approximately 840 square feet for the 1 bedroom and 950 for the 2 bedroom. It has an eat-in kitchen, electric stove and spacious closets. Heat and hot water is included with this layout.
Type 2 Layout is the largest layout we offer. They are approximately 980 square feet for the one bedroom and 1,100 square feet for the 2 bedroom apartments. They have a separate formal dining room, central air conditioning, gas stove, 2 private entrances, spacious closets and wall to wall carpeting and Hard wood flooring. Electric and gas is paid by the tenant for this layout.

7. $75.00 - Credit report fee (money order or cashier's check ONLY) for each applicant on lease.
8. $350.00 – Deposit – When application is approved, this deposit will be applied to 1 1/2 month's security and first month's rent. (money order or cashier's check ONLY) If you are denied this will be refunded to you
9. $60.00 FOR BLINDS IN A 1 BEDROOM, $80.00 FOR BLINDS IN A 2 BEDROOM
