About the Role Outlined:
Reporting directly to the Owner / Director of Operations, you will serve as the operational backbone of the office. You’ll oversee a team of 5–6 administrative personnel, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and three Division Managers. This role requires someone capable of quickly understanding our workflows, strengthening processes, and leading with clarity and confidence.
Among your core responsibilities will be managing the Purchase Order (PO) workflow, ensuring that purchasing procedures are accurate, timely, and aligned with financial best practices. PO management is one important part of a broader operational scope that includes HR, accounting, and overall office efficiency.
Key Areas of Expertise
We are looking for an individual with a well-rounded operational skill set and strong leadership presence. The ideal candidate will bring capability and confidence in:
HR processes and payroll administration
Accounting principles and financial oversight
QuickBooks (expert or near-expert level)
PO procurement and purchasing workflow management
Technology, system setup, software tools, and process optimization
Construction industry experience is a plus but not required. What matters most is your ability to manage people, processes, and priorities with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset.
