The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with stacking washer and dryer. One bedroom has two twin beds, the master bedroom has a king size bed and walk-in closet. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. We usually save by having breakfast in the unit, packing lunches and then eating dinner out!
There is a patio located outside the dining room and the living room has a pull out queen size couch.
We've been vacationing at Vistana since our children were babies (They're now in their 20's).
Units have been refurnished. Check-in dates are Saturday to Saturday starting December 19th. If you take both weeks, we will consider reducing the rent.
We are also considering selling as we own 6 weeks!

Are there additional fees or tax?

There is no extra charge for tax. You will owe no other fees for the room rental itself.

When you arrive, the Disney Cast Member that checks you in will ask for a credit/debit card imprint. This will be used if you use any extra services such as phone calls, babysitting, etc. You are responsible for these charges. If you don't use any of these services, your credit/debit card will not be charged. I've left there numerous times with a 0 ending bill and LOVED it!

Is there a charge for parking?

No, parking is included for your entire stay at the resort.

How many people per room?

A 2-Bedroom Lockoff sleeps up to 6 guests.

Will we have to attend a timeshare presentation?

No. Disney timeshares for this resort are completely sold out. We are Disney timeshare owners; Disney allows us to rent our unused time. You will be staying as our guest.

Is maid service available?

Since this is a timeshare, maid service for one day only is included. Additional days may be arranged with the front desk for an additional fee.

I will need from you the following pieces of information:

The first and last name of all of your guests - each guest gets a personal printed plastic card which is used for the extra magic hours(get in hour earlier than everyone else) at the theme parks, as well as for identifying resort guests at the pool,etc.

Your address and phone for the reservations desk.
The names of all guests, as well as the ages of guests under twenty-one.
Please note that Disney resorts are now completely non-smoking. You are responsible for all charges/damages that you incur during your stay (Disney now imposes a cleaning/restoration fee for smoking in the room or balcony.)

We will mail you a copy of Disney's confirmation once payment has been received . Please bring this with you when you check in. You will need a photo ID matching the name on the reservation. The names on the reservation are the individuals who are allowed to check-in.

As a Walt Disney World Resort guest, you are also eligible to take advantage of the Disney Dining plan (Standard price: $39.99 per adult, and $10.99 per child (9 and under), per night; which will save you money on food. If you would like to take the Dining Plan, please let me know so that I can make those arrangements w Disney for you. I need to place the reservation for you, since I'm the owner of the timeshare.You will pay the front desk at check-in for the optional dining plan, but I must request it beforehand for you. (Please let me know when paying for this auction whether or not you want to take advantage of the dining plan)

With the standard dining plan, for each night of your stay, you will get one full service meal, one counter service meal, and one snack. A Full service meal includes most Disney restaurants, and gets you a non-alcoholic drink, entree and dessert. It also includes tax (gratuities are extra). Note that the dining plan requires you to make reservations for the sit down restaurant meals. We recommend that you make your dining reservations as early as possible, i.e. once you've won this auction.

Disney has a program called Magical Express (which is free to all guests staying at Disney resorts) that will pick you up at the airport and bring you to your hotel, and then bring you back to the airport at the end of the stay. In order to get the Magical Express reservation, you'll need to let me know ,upon winning auction, that you'd like that option. I will need to make the Magical Express reservations for you very soon after your payment. I would just need your flight info both ways (Airline, flight #, date of travel, time landing in Orlando, time departing Orlando, everyone's names to be picked up). If you're planning on just visiting Disney this trip it's a great money saver. Disney has buses that transport you to the various parks, dowtown Disney, Pleasure Island,etc. If you're just staying on Disney property, you can save the taxi money ($65+ each way) taking the free Magical Express. A perfect retreat for one or two couples or a few single people (2 bedrooms with a queen size bed in each plus a 3rd bedroom converted into an office that can be made into another sleeping area (condo sleeps up to 6 in total).

Occidental Grand is pure luxury, check out their website. I have 2 hotel rooms available with all inclusive optional for any week up to 12/12/09 according to the resort's availability. Dec 5-12, 2009 - $1250 total/week This is a very, very luxurious ocean front suite which sleeps 4. Huge livingroom with pullout couch and full kitchen. 2 bathrooms. Beautiful king sized masterbedroom. This place is living like the rich and famous at a bargain rate. Most rooms require all inclusive rates added on. My contract states all inclusive not required.

I also have 2 hotel rooms in the Occidental Grand @ $500 each room/week. They can be used in conjunction with the 12/5-12 suite, the week/weeks before to extend your vacation, or any time that is available before 12/12.

Take a look at their website to get a feel for the resort. The suite is named a one bedroom supreme, not pictured on the website since there are only 5 of them, floors 5-9 on the end of the building facing the ocean with a balcony in the living room and bedroom. I have a 2 page information sheet including everything from food shopping to snorkeling, etc., etc. Just ask and I will e-mail it to you. Aruba is fantastic. You'll love it.

Our beautiful, spacious 1442 square feet, centrally air conditioned two bedroom condo (or villa, as condos are called on Hilton Head) is located on the third floor of a luxurious, gated five-story, direct oceanfront development, Windsor Court North, which is located in Palmetto Dunes Resort (Family and Leisure Magazine's #1 Family Resort in North America). From our condo you are steps away from the ocean and the beach, and a short walk away from two premier hotels, The Hilton Head Resort and the Marriott Hotel, which offer fabulous restaurants, a health club and spa and lively evening entertainment. Health Magazine named the Hilton Head beaches one of the top five healthiest beaches in the US.

Our condo has been professionally decorated to give our guests a first class visit and the combination of 9 ft ceilings with ceilings fans in each bedroom and the living room, Tommy Bahama decor, handmade Oriental area rugs, Asian artifacts, exquisite furnishings and serene ocean views creates a true island atmosphere. We installed in August 2008 beautiful tile floors in our living room, kitchen, dining room and laundry room, as well as stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. What truly gives you the sense of being on an island when in our condo is that from every room, whether standing in the kitchen, relaxing in the living or dining room or in either bedroom suite,you have stunning beach and ocean views. Our kitchen comes fully equipped and offers an eat-in bar for 2 from which you have spectacular ocean views. Right off of the kitchen there is a laundry room, with a full sized washer and dryer along with iron and ironing board. Linens and towels are provided.

The dining room, which also has terrific ocean views, seats up to 6 and opens to a gorgeous living area complete with queen-size sleeper sofa, loveseat, recliner, a 36 inch Sony Vega TV, VCR, DVD, and wonderful views of the Atlantic. The large master suite has a king bed, TV/VCR, walk-in closet, vanity set including table, mirror and chair, a private bath with a jetted tub and separate shower and of course, fabulous ocean views. Our guest suite is furnished with a king-swing bed that can be divided into 2 twins upon request. This suite also has a TV/VCR, a walk-in closet, and a private bath with a jetted tub/shower combination with terrific ocean views.

Off the living area and guest bedroom suite is a great oceanfront balcony. Here, you will find a table with chairs that seats 4, small glass top cocktail table and 2 reclining sling back lounge chairs�??making it a perfect spot for viewing the sunrise over the Atlantic. No detail has been spared in our VIP Hilton Head villa! We visit often, and are responsive to comments from our guests about how we can make their next stay even more enjoyable. DSL/eless, high-speed internet is also available for you at no additional charge.

Windsor Court North provides a ground floor, covered parking garage, along with an elevator for easy access to all five floors. There is a private pool complex for residents and guests which is comprised of a large pool, seasonally heated, with children's playground, a wading pool, large hot tub, restrooms, and covered gazebo area for shade with built in BBQ grill for poolside dining or cocktails.

While you are staying at our condo, you can enjoy having the amenities of rental bikes to ride on the quiet, very wide beach in front Windsor Court North, the tennis courts and golf courses, all conveniently located in the Palmetto Dunes Resort. You can also take advantage of the free Palmetto Dunes Buggy which, on demand, will take you around the Palmetto Dunes Resort and over to Shelter Cove Marina, across highway 278 from Palmetto Dunes Resort, which has wonderful restaurants, a variety of shops and nightly entertainment.

Our unit is listed with one of the premier rental companies on the island,so you not only have the benefit of receiving from this website a discounted Craigslist rate but also the comfort of knowing that we are required to maintain our condo in pristine condition, and that there is on-going onsite inspection to make sure that any item that requires attention is taken care of.
