This place is set up like a private studio apartment with 4 distinct areas. (The bathroom is shared with one other person.) In this efficiency apartment is a full size bed and a nightable in what would be the bedroom area. Across from that is the kitchen area. It contains a mini fridge, microwave, hotplate, pots, pans, dishes, dish towels, storage space against one wall and on the wall perpendicular to that, there is a table with two chairs. Continuing along that wall is a computer desk with shelves and a chair, (your office area).Included in your rent is a wireless internet connection. If you need another type of connection, you will have to pay for that on your own. There is enormous hidden storage space which runs the length of this wall and you can just about walk in it. There are shelves and hanging space in there as well. The room also has a closet.
Moving right along, opposite that is the living room with a love seat, a coffee table, side table and three dressers giving you something like 15 or 16 drawers for clothing storage. Opposite the couch, on one of the dressers, is a color tv with all the cable stations, movie channels and sports channels (IO's silver package, I believe it is) and the tv is viewable from the "kitchen," the "bedroom" and if you turn the office chair around, the "office" as well.

You have your own heat and air conditioning units; wall to wall carpeting, an enormous amount of storage space, and maid service. What this means is that once a week your space will be vacuumed and in the bathroom, which is a share with one other person, the bathmat will be changed and the bathroom itself cleaned.

This space has a bonus to it. Its occupant is the sole user of a spacious outdoor deck , the size of the one car garage it covers. The view is of a tree lined block and the other houses on it, looking down from one floor up.

The $205 rent is weekly and I require a 2 week security deposit as well so that $615 IN CASH will get you the key. The following week your $205 in rent is due again, and again, CASH ONLY every time.

There is onsight parking.
