I commute from Hoboken, New Jersey to Fairfield, NJ and back, M-F. My car is garaged at 3rd & Hudson in Hoboken & you would meet me there around 7:30/7:45 in the morning. I typically return home around 5pm but can be a little flexible. At Christmas I have long hours but it's only for 3 weeks. You'd need to have a backup plan for then and the rare occasions when I have trade shows & meetings throughout the year. I don't work on Jewish holidays (I'm not Jewish but the company is).
I can stop anywhere convenient on Rt 3 or 46 towards Fairfield (Clifton, Little Falls, West Paterson, etc, I get off at Plymouth St from Rt 46). I drive a very comfortable 2005 Audi A6 in excellent condition that gets 19.7 MPG on the way to work & back in stop & go traffic. We'd split the cost (prorated if your distance is shorter) and do our small part in conservation.
I'm an easy going guy, 34 & pretty typical for guys that age in town. When I drive alone I switch between CBS880, 1010Wins & an eclectic mix of music but I'm very flexible with this if you have CDs as my music collection is outdated. I'm a liberal Democrat but not the crazy granola super liberal type with kill Bush bumper stickers all over my car. I may get an Obama thing to put in my rear window and you'd need to be ok with that. I won't try to hook up with you if you're a chick since I'm more interested in your gas money. Thanks.
