I'm an Army Military Police Officer, my new duty assignment is in Fort Gordon, Georgia which is right next to Augusta...

I have to report for duty on the 25th, this is subject to change by a couple days so most likely i'll be leaving the 23rd or the 24th

The trip is 770 miles and about a 13 hour drive.

My car is a 2002 Mitsubishi Lancer it gets about 25-29 mpg, so gas would come out to a little over $100.. you would pay half, and do probably half the driving assuming you have a valid drives license


ABSOLUTELY NO DRUGS OR ALCOHOL.. remember I'm a cop and if i detect any signs of drug use there will be zero tolerance

Thats about it, if you need to get dropped somewhere along the way... say Virginia, I'd only expect half the fuel cost up until that point.
