Eliminate the most expensive part of moving into an office (furniture, phone system & painting!)
Looking for someone to occupy my office for the remaining 15 months of my lease in a Class A office building in Piscataway - on the top floor. This is similar to a "sublet" only the lease would remain in my name.
Heres the deal:
I sold my business to another company that did not need the office. The office is fully furnished and even has a phone system with 10 phones. Everything is in great shape - the furniture is only a year old.
My building currently is asking $19/square foot (including electricity)
What i would like to do is this:
Find a reputable company with good references to occupy the space for the remaining 15 months for a price of $21/square foot ($3745 or best offer). At the end of the 15 months, you will become the owner of all the furniture and the phone system. It will be then your decision if you want to renew the lease with that building, but either way the furniture will be yours!
