REQUIREMENTS
· Solid Warehouse experience with total knowledge of all aspects
· Prior strong supervisory skills
· Understands “the street”
· Able to interface with top management
· Able to establish credibility with staff
· “Hands-on” manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Hands on activities such as packing and unpacking boxes, calibrating tools, working with pumps that weigh 100lbs
· Supervising 12 others in the warehouse who are doing the same
· Reporting to management re: warehouse
Note: This company has a great learning curve because of their product line. They manufacture here and abroad and parts are always coming in and going are in a fast paced environment.
