Reports Directly to the Electrical Engineer, work independently within a team of Maintenance and Electrical professionals. Work for the nations leading provider of manufactured construction materials. Comprehensive Facilities Training (3months). Position is 2nd or 3rd Shift. Candidate will install, repair and do preventative electrical maintenance on manufacturing equipment used to crush stone. A lot of the equipment is older so knowledge of vintage manufacturing equipment is a plus. Responsible for the maintenance of all electrical systems including power substations, power distribution, lighting panels, motor control centers and lift stations. Worked with AC voltages from 110v to 26kv Maintaining and trouble shooting production equipment including robots, conveyors and tooling fixtures.
Candidate Profile
Knowledge of AC/DC motors, Allen Bradley PLC's, IMC Drives, Allen Bradley VFD's, Panel Views, GMFanuc. Robots, Maximo, AB6200 software, RSLogix, MSWord, Excel, Ladder Logic, Relay logic, Cat5 Cable, Planned/Preventive Maintenance, Fall Hazard, Lockout Tagout, Confined Space, Aerial Man Lifts, Fork trucks.
Candidate Skills
