ICC/Decision Services is seeking a Field Coordinator (FC) to recruit, manage and schedule our field associates from our network database. We are interested in an energetic and outgoing Field Coordinator to join our Field Recruitment Team. This team is accustomed to meeting weekly and monthly deadlines and is committed to providing service that exceeds our clients’ expectations! Our ideal candidate will be detail and deadline oriented, and work well under pressure. Tremendous growth opportunity within this promotable position.
Responsibilities:
* Monitoring organic search placement and generating weekly reports
* Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
* Provide ongoing tracking and analysis of consumer site behavior through market analysis, competitive analysis and site analytics
* Email marketing campaign development and execution
* Work with in-house and 3rd party design teams to continually manage brand image and online presence
* Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
* Bidding strategies to continually lower cost per clicks while improving qualified traffic
* Monitor and engage relevant online communities, via blogging and other Web 2.0 initiatives
COMPENSATION
We pay per appointment and if lead become client and bonus if you reach a target of 10 clients and additional incentive
plan that increases your pay with higher performance. Our plan is designed to attract, reward and retain outstanding career telemarketers.
REQUIREMENT
You must have a minimum of 2 years previous telemarketing experience.
