Receptionist / Customer Service (Secaucus NJ )
compensation: Based on experience
Preparing and editing reports, correspondences.
Manage all incoming mail and deliveries.
Providing customer service to any incoming guests or visitors.
Must have at least 3 years experience in an administrative / customer oriented role.
Must have excellent phone manner, strong communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Be extremely organized, have strong attention to detail.
Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including outlook, word and excel.
Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner
Must be reliable, dependable, prompt, and timely.
Must have a great positive attitude and excellent work ethics.
