The Managing Director is responsible for ensuring that every student who attends the center receives the best education possible. They will meet with parents on a a monthly basis to ensure commitment to the Huntington program. He or she will report to the Center Director and be responsible for specific operational goals. These include revenue, marketing, and cost management goals. He or she must love working with students of all ages and have experience demonstrating this.

You can help children realize their educational potential by becoming an ASSISTANT DIRECTOR.
Huntington's Assistant Directors are professional motivators who adhere to achieving goals and objectives of their centers. They oversee a team of dedicated part-time teachers, in providing the utmost in care and service to their students. They help to create a bond with parents during the initial evaluation and beyond. They promote our services through business contacts, and deliver the finest supplemental services available to students anywhere in the United States. Successful candidates will be energetic, driven, dedicated and organized. In turn, Assistant Directors are compensated with a base salary and commission.
ASSISTANT DIRECTOR responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Manage part time staff
Assess and monitor student progress
Hire, Train & Evaluate part time teachers
Meet with associated professionals and local merchants to build relationships
Conduct and score Diagnostic Evaluations
Office Management and Administrative Support
Data entry, billing, inventory, collect tuition
Customer service and marketing
