Seeking Full Time Director for new Child Care Center in Passaic County, NJ. Qualifications include:
- Either a Master's Degree in any field related to children or business OR a Bachelor's Degree and at least one year of supervisory experience.
Job responsbilities include:
• Recruit, develop, and supervise staff.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations for child care, staff-to-childr ratio, fire drills, etc.
• Establish and maintain a good working relationships with parents through constant communication.
• Help create developmentally appropriate curriculum based on children's individual interests, needs and goals.
Compensation commensurate with work experience. In addition to base salary, a bonus schedule and health insurance are available.
