We are looking for Certified Reading Teachers throughout Bergan County, NJ. We need Certified Rading Teachers to teach students K-12th grades for immediate tutoring assignments. Professional Tutors of America contracts with many state and county agencies to provide academic tutoring to thousands of students.
All of our tutors are “Independent Contractors” which schedule the tutoring at a time that is convenient for them and the student. Most clients prefer late afternoons or evenings. On occasion, clients request weekends or mornings. Tutors choose their own hours. Earn $25 to $30 per hour to start.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. MUST have Teaching Credential/Reading Certification
2. Must pass Background Check
3. Ability to communicate effectively
4. Motivation to help students learn
