Customer Service reps are responsible for troubleshooting minor technical issues, answer-billing inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.

Need someone who can be very flexible, this is a small company and everyone does a bit of everything. The above would be the bulk of the position, but if there is a truck that needs to be unloaded then you may need to do that or if someone is out, covering invoicing.
Ideally someone would also have experience working with Quickbooks.
Experience with customer service in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Need to be detailed and able to multitask.
DUTIES:
„X Evaluating disputes to agencies by working with CSC staff and reviewing documentation to determine the validity of disputed charges

RESPONSIBILITIES:
