i have a 5 hp briggs and stratton outboard 4 cycle motor thats 2 and one half yrs old, i cant get it started due to moisture in the gas,im told its easy to fix but i recently bought a 9.9 so im no longer in need of it, it comes with the can and siphon hose. it ran perfect until i got water in the tank , paid 700 for it am selling for 200 firm, frank 973 229 1809 im in lk hopatcong thanks
